Experimental Cuisine FROM APRIL UNTIL JUNE 2018 From April until June 2018 the Kitchen Club turned into the first Experimental Cuisine in Switzerland. Our chef Johan Breedijk creates together with the Spanish top chef Rafael Martinez an 8 course menu of 90 ingredients – this promises an experimental and culinary experience for all the senses! Ever tried asparagus macarons, sparkling flowers, red wine ice cream or potato crystals? Modern preparation methods such as physical-chemical processes make tastes and natural aromas even more intense.
The dinner becomes a culinary experience – exciting, experimental and delicious!Thursday until Saturday Reservations from 1 to 16 people We start together at 7pm 8 course menu incl. apero and matching beverages for CHF 250 per person FOR EXCLUSIVE OCCASIONS AND GROUPS The Kitchen Club can be booked for exclusive parties from at least 10 until 16 people, for Christmas dinners, banquet or birthday meals.
